Design & build
We offer you a comprehensive solution – office designs to the actual implementation of customized. We will create a layout design and subsequent 3D visualization of the interior. The technical design, selection of furniture and materials, project calculation, work schedule and overall fit-out are handled by our team of project managers.
Based on the project documentation, we will manufacture, deliver and install all office equipment.
The Design & Build approach saves you time, eliminates downtime, speeds up the implementation process and most importantly leads to reduced project costs. It requires trust and open communication, which we pride ourselves on and without which a successful implementation cannot be achieved.
How we work ?
Office interior
The interior of the offices has a specific character. It should reflect the company culture and take into account the functioning of all people in your company. We already take into account the needs of the entire company when designing the floor plan and design all functional areas accordingly.
We implement rooms ranging from the reception area, through cloakrooms and storage systems, meeting rooms, phone-boxes, shared workstations, separate offices to company kitchens and chill-out zones. The individual zones should correspond with each other in terms of both functionality and visual style. For expressing creativity and design, the commercial interior is the ideal place.
Office furniture
All office furniture is manufactured by our carpenters in Rousínov under one roof. We produce atypical customized furniture, including acoustic elements and wall coverings, which are already a necessity in offices. Most often we supply office desks, containers, chairs, partitions and storage systems.
We also have our own range of standard office furniture, which takes into account design, ergonomics and the quality of the materials from which you can choose. With a variety of materials and colours, you can build furniture that fits perfectly with your business.
